Job Description
Finance Administrator
* Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments to suppliers and stakeholders.
* Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
* Resolve any billing disputes in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
* Assist in monthly and yearly financial statement preparation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Participate in process improvement initiatives within the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
