Export Sales Manager – Scientific Equipment\n\nLocation: Office Based (Sheffield)\n\nJob Overview\n\nTaylorollinson are working with a well-renowned scientific equipment manufacturer who are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Manager to expand their international market reach and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, excellent negotiation skills and a background working with laboratory equipment/scientific products.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.\n\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.\n\n * Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.\n\n * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends.\n\n * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales with international buyers.\n\n * Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and documentation requirements.\n\n * Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.\n\n * Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.\n\n * Monitor competitor activity and provide insights for business growth.\n\n * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.\n\nQualifications & Skills\n\n * Previous experience working in B2B sales and distribution or export sales for a scientific equipment company\n\n * Proven experience in export sales, international business, or global trade.\n\n * Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.\n\n * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.\n\n * Full UK Driving Licence\n\n * Ability to travel internationally as required.\n\n * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.\n\n * Fluency in multiple languages would be beneficial
