We have an opening for a Jobs coordinator working for a successful manufacturing company based in Halesowen.
This permanent position will be working in a busy installs department assisting clients, on-site staff and suppliers to main a high level of service of delivery
Duties will include:
* Liaise with clients, site teams, and suppliers to confirm specifications, measurements, and schedules
* Coordinate all aspects of supply and installation for client projects
* Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring accurate lead times and proactive problem-solving
* Manage delivery logistics, installation dates, and aftercare follow-ups
* Ensure all paperwork, drawings, and project details are complete, accurate, and well organised
* Support the Operations Manager and project teams with timely updates and clear communication
* Maintain high standards of service delivery with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail
* Take calls from clients with new enquiries & any snagging items.
The right candidate would ideally:
* Experience in a coordination or admin role (construction/interiors/ glass experience would be advantageous, but not essential)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working to deadlines
