As a Digital Health Records Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the management and flow of Health Records to provide outstanding service to all specialty departments and patients. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and wish to be part of a team striving to make a difference while developing your skills, we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will need excellent administration and communication skills and the ability to remain calm in an extremely busy office environment. A good working knowledge of Digital Systems is desirable, but a flexible approach in a fast-moving environment is essential.
A job share would be considered for candidates who may be looking for part-time hours.

We are looking for a well-organised and motivated person, with a can-do attitude to provide a high-quality and efficient administrative service in the busy and demanding environment of Digital Health Records, In-House scanning, and Clinic Preparation.
This role will keep you both challenged and busy as you work closely with colleagues to support the clinical teams with the management of paper-based and digital health records.
You will need to have a good level of IT literacy as you will be using multiple software packages as part of this role.
