Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Rigging and operating audio equipment for a variety of live, virtual, and hybrid events.
* Collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality technical services.
* Leading a team of freelance staff, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, venue staff, and crew both onsite and prior to events.
* Maintaining and preparing audio equipment in the warehouse.
* Working with the Head of Audio to enhance and improve our department.
* Delivering and collecting equipment using company vehicles.
* Assisting other departments as needed to support the overall business.
Qualifications & Key Attributes:
1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a live events sound engineer, especially in the corporate sector.
2. Experience with Front of House and Monitor mixing for live music acts.
3. Previous experience with corporate conferences and awards ceremonies.
4. Proficiency in Yamaha digital mixing consoles (CL and QL series).
5. Knowledge of d&b line arrays, amplifiers, array calc, and R1 control network.
6. Strong working knowledge of Qlab programming.
7. Skilled at handling pressure in live event environments.
