Revenues Recovery Team Leader We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Revenues Recovery Team Leader to make a real impact in our team. About the Role As Team Leader, you will oversee a small, dedicated team to make sure efficient revenue recovery, maximise collection and drive continuous improvement. With expertise in Council Tax and Business Rates, you will lead the team in consistently delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to maximise revenue and meet deadlines. Collaborate with the Revenues, Benefits and Customer Services Management Team to shape service strategy. Manage and prioritise tasks to ensure efficient workload management. Support team development through knowledge-sharing and skill-building. Identify and resolve issues to achieve objectives. About You We’re looking for a motivated leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications and Skills Degree or equivalent experience in Revenues (Council Tax and Business Rates). Proficiency in ICT systems, ideally including Civica Open Revenues. Strong analytical skills for decision-making in complex cases. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. IRRV or similar professional qualification preferred. Additional Information This position will have a an element of hybrid working and will combine working from home and working in the office. Flexible approach to working hours, able to work outside normal office hours if necessary, including a requirement to be available for occasional evening meetings.
