This role involves processing payroll for over 600 employees across the UK while also driving key projects for Time & Attendance and Payroll systems.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
2. Perform data entry and maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance.
3. Collaborate with the HR department to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.
4. Conduct analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
Qualifications
1. Proficiency in accounting software, including Oracle.
2. Excellent analytical abilities.
3. Background in human resources and payroll coordination.
4. Ability to manage payroll processes efficiently and accurately.
