Partnering with senior management this opportunity is responsible for the installation, commissioning, and training of machines and will deliver and drive solutions for customers.
Responsibilities:
* Providing technical and sales support to the business
* Servicing of Machinery working around stone + glass
* Commissioning, training, and installation
* Electrical and mechanical breakdowns
* Advising the Help desk/competence team and Field Service Leader on any site base and machine issues
* Supporting customers and the helpdesk on technical and customer issues
* Understanding mechanical & electrical drawings
* Advising on installation planning through historical knowledge
* Technical advice and troubleshooting for customers and the business
The successful candidates:
* Demonstrate excellent customer facing skills, resolving any challenges on site
* PLC and CNC knowledge
* Good engineering background in installation, breakdown and electrical
* An excellent understanding and can interrogate electrical, pneumatic and mechanical faults
* Hands on excellent mechanical knowledge and fitting skills
This is a fully remote role where you will travel across sites in the UK with a company car/van. All travel and expenses are covered
