An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a team as a Registered Manager, overseeing a Brand-new Residential Children's Home in Bexhill

Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
* Foster a nurturing environment where young people can flourish and develop their potential.
* Effectively communicate with residents and staff members to address needs and concerns.
* Provide leadership and supervision to staff members, promoting professional growth and development.
* Collaborate with external stakeholders to facilitate opportunities for further education and career advancement for young residents.
* Uphold the company ethos of prioritising the well-being and development of young people.
Requirements
* QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (to be obtained within 3 years of starting to manage the children’s home) OR
* Registered Managers Award/NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Management. OR
* Relevant management qualification (equivalent to the Level 5 Diploma).
* Minimum of 2 years in a management position within residential care of children in the last 5 years.
* Minimum of 1 year experience of line management/staff supervision of staff in a care role Management in a relevant residential care setting.
* Worked within Ofsted inspection framework.
