Job Title: Product Manager

Job Description:
The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with marketing to deliver winning products. It also includes working with stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals and ensuring our online presence generates activity relating to the products and services.
Essential Functions:
1. Define the product strategy and roadmap.
2. Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
3. Deliver NPI (New Product Implementation) documentation and timelines ensuring that all stakeholders are made aware.
4. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
5. Be an expert with respect to the competition.
6. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
7. Develop the product marketing strategy.
8. Develop and support our online strategy in conjunction with marketing and external agencies.
9. Perform product demos to internal trainers and support members as well as externally to customers.
10. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
11. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time.
12. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
13. Assist QA department during the testing cycle to ensure high quality products to the business.
14. Create business and training documentation.
15. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
16. Keep abreast of automotive technology industry trends, business models and emerging technologies.
Experience:
1. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
2. Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills.
3. Excellent teamwork skills.
4. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
5. Problem-solving and decision-making, sound judgment.

7. Proficiency in MS Office.
8. Examples and at least one sample of an effective product delivered and supported in the past.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject.
2. 3 years of proven working experience in product management/marketing.
3. Experience/Training with Pragmatic Marketing concepts and principles.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Skilled at organization, prioritization and multi-tasking.
7. Capable of delivering outstanding customer service.
