12. Deal with customer returns and claims, implementing effective solutions.
13. Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
14. Interacting with customers on a regular basis to gain feedback on service and ensure their satisfaction with company products.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'UK Customer Care Team Coordinator' should have:
15. Knowledge of consumer goods, preferably within retail fashion or B2B (e-commerce experience is a plus)
16. Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
17. Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, WMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
18. Strong knowledge of customer service procedures.
