My client is seeking a Junior Architectural Technician to join their vibrant team in St Neots. The practice is a well-established Architecture & Planning company based in the heart of St Neots, built up of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional design and planning services across a diverse range of sectors. Some of their recent work covers residential developments to commercial space projects.
As a Junior Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the architectural team. You will be involved in a variety of projects, assisting in the development of detailed drawings and plans, and ensuring the technical aspects of designs are accurately executed. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:
1. Relevant Architectural Technology degree.
2. Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and plans.
3. Work closely with architects to produce technical drawings using CAD software.
4. Support project development and contribute to the preparation of planning and building regulations applications.
5. Liaise with team members and collaborate with architects, planners, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
6. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
9. A proactive approach and a keen interest in developing your skills and knowledge in architecture and planning.
