Due to the retirement of our SENCo, we are seeking to appoint an inspiring, highly competent and committed SENDCo to become an integral part of our Leadership Team. You will be an exceptional leader who will join us at an exciting phase. We are looking for someone who is passionate about teaching, and hard working with excellent organisational skills. An experienced SENCo with a proven track record and the NASENCO Award would be preferable. We believe that everyone, students and staff alike, should have the opportunity to be nourished and grow. On site we have a specialist Communication and Interaction Unit, which is line managed by the SENCo. Therefore, we are seeking to recruit a proactive and forward-thinking member of staff to enrich the skills and experience already present in our SEND Team.
