Role Overview
This role is open to university students currently within their second year of studies seeking an industrial placement. The role will be helping to assist the EMEA Head of Operations and Head of Belfast, and will allow the successful individual to gain well-rounded experience within financial services. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work with multiple teams and will have great insight across the operations department.
Role Responsibilities
The role will consist of general business management duties, such as administrative tasks, assisting with event organisation and dealing with wider teams such as marketing to deliver on marketing campaigns and office communications.
Experience / Competences
Essential
* Must be currently a Year 2 student within University.
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, possesses high organisation skills & a proactive approach.
* Demonstrates strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
* Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a high pressure environment.
* Highly effective written & oral communication skills; adapts communication style to suit audience.
* Shows evidence of being comfortable working in fast paced or pressured environments.
* Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desired
* Understanding of financial services.
