Your new role
The Sales Coordinator will work both directly with customers and across multiple business units to ensure that the client receives excellent service. Responsibilities include:
1. Providing quotes
2. Processing customer orders
3. Building positive customer relationships
4. Collaborating across multiple departments including purchasing, logistics, and finance
My client is looking for someone to work from 12:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential. Experience in a fast-paced environment and strong prioritization skills are required. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, dealing with order issues and providing quotes is also necessary.
