Flourish Education are recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School located near Stratford-Upon-Avon.
This is a mixed form entry school which has lots going on and very close team. Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The school is looking to appoint a long term SEND Teaching Assistant support a child in Year 4. The child has Autism and challenging behaviour
This role starts as soon as possible and is a full-time role until the end of the current academic school year with potential to be extended into the next academic year in September for the right person.
Required Skills and Experience for this SEND Teaching Assistant role:
Teaching Assistant Level 2 Qualification
Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils.
Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
Experience supporting children with SEND and SEMH.
Experience within UK primary schools.
Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.

A competitive salary of £88.92-£100 per day which equates to £17,339.4- £19,500 based on working 5 day a week for the full school year.
