The Hollyfield School is seeking an experienced and empathetic part-time (one or two days) School Counsellor to join our dedicated pastoral team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the School’s strong commitment to pupil mental health and wellbeing. The successful candidate will be a qualified counsellor, with membership of a professional body such as BACP, and will work closely with pupils, parents, staff, and external professionals to provide high-quality support and care.
Essential :
* Qualified Counsellor or Psychotherapist: Recognised qualification in counselling or psychotherapy (Level 4 diploma or higher).
* BACP/UKCP Registration: Full membership or accreditation with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), or an equivalent body.
* Safeguarding: Familiarity with safeguarding policies and practices in educational settings, with up-to-date safeguarding training.
