Description Contract Type: Permanent Worker Type: Hybrid Worker (A mix between office and home working) Salary: Grade C - Starting Salary is £24,790 (Level one) rising to £25,584 (Level three) Location: Loxley House, NG2 3NG Working Hours 37 hours per week Our customer service centre operates between the hours of 7am and 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm weekends and Bank holidays. Please see shift patterns below: Shift 1: Monday to Friday 8am -4pm Shift 2: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm Shift 3: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm Shift 4: Monday to Friday 1pm – 9pm You will be asked to identify which shifts you are interested in when applying. Please note if you are successful you will need to undertake a 6-week training period 9am-5pm Monday- Friday and attend our Loxley House site every day during this training period. About the Role At Nottingham City Homes our tenants and customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our vision of creating homes and places where people want to live by managing and resolving customer complaints to a high standard and building trust along the way.
