These are just some of the reasons people join and stay About the role… As the Product Writer, the main purpose of this role is to ensure that all the products on site are described in an accurate and consistent manner, and that all have reliable fit information. This role is also responsible for the universal sizing facet and product page sizing drop down. Writing Info & Care product descriptions ensuring they are accurate and informative. This includes technical details, product measurements and size & fit information. Viewing the garment on the model and providing accurate and engaging fit information for the customer, ensuring all assigned styles are measured and represented correctly Managing the mapping and display of the universal sizing facet and product page sizing drop downs Selecting the relevant product attributes in the PIM system to allow for filtering on the product pages. Working to daily and weekly deadlines while being reactive to last minute changes. Maintaining competitor awareness and initiating ideas for improvement. Reacting to returns data, actioning audits on sizing information where needed. Is this you? Graduate in Fashion or English or equivalent Excellent written English and strong self-editing skills Sound knowledge of luxury designers and brands An ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail MS Office – Intermediate level (Outlook, Word, Excel) Highly organised Ability to work collaboratively and value differing perspectives Team player – build relationships with other internal and external teams Proactive and able to work with stringent deadlines.
