We are seeking a proactive and solution-focused HR Advisor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in providing expert HR support, offering advice on employee relations, recruitment, and the development of HR policies. As an HR Advisor, you will:
* Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
* Lead the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to onboarding new hires.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Support employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues and grievances.
* Conduct HR-related training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable).
