Who You Are As a Senior Social Worker in the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service, you will bring enthusiasm, unique perspectives, and deep knowledge of social care. You will hold a Diploma in Social Work, CQSW, or a relevant degree, and be a qualified Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) registered with Social Work England. You will have demonstrable experience in mental health professional practice, including community mental health work and case management. What the Job Involves In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessment and care coordination within a multi-disciplinary setting. As a senior figure, you will support and guide junior staff, oversee incoming referrals, manage complex cases, and provide professional supervision. You will act as a liaison with other agencies and contribute to service development, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities such as the Care Act. Your work will involve contributing to clinical outcomes measures and ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
