Portfolio Payroll are pleased to be working with a globally recognised organisation in the fashion & beauty industry who are looking for an accomplished EMEA Payroll Manager to join their payroll team on an initial 12 month FTC. This is a newly created role due to rapid growth & success of the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
1. Processing multiple outsourced EMEA payrolls on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy & timely delivery in accordance to deadlines
2. Working closely with third-party providers on local regulations
3. Producing monthly reporting for finance
4. Perform control checks for audit & reporting
5. Play an integral part in a number of payroll related projects
6. Supporting on year end payroll activities
7. Drive continuous improvement on processes & procedures
Experience required:
1. Demonstrable experience of processing multiple EMEA payrolls
2. Experience working with multiple third-party providers
3. Able to work in a demanding & fast-paced retail environment
4. Excellent communication & organisation
This role offers hybrid working (2 days per week in office), as well as working hours of 9-5:30, performance related bonus, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off + 1 wellness day per year.
