About the Role: Working directly with the Senior Management team, you'll be responsible for streamlining office operations while coordinating activities across multiple departments. This hands-on role requires exceptional organisational and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and monitoring customer accounts and relationships
* Coordinating workflow and priorities for the office team
* Creating and analysing performance reports
* Setting and tracking team KPIs
* Managing customer quotations and order processing
* Overseeing CRM system maintenance and data accuracy
* Developing and implementing process improvements
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Coordinating with production teams to ensure delivery schedules
* Managing team resource planning and workload distribution
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing/engineering
* Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
* Excellence in MS Office, particularly Excel
* Experience with CRM systems
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Team leadership experience
