About Our Client
The client is a large and established consumer goods business based in North West London.
Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
* Supporting the Marketing team to provide an administrative link between their activity and Sales
* Working with PR to ensure that press & influencers get the correct samples of new products
* Create and maintain POS database
* Assist the Sales team with their Export orders from start to finish
* Assisting with compliance documentation when required
* Help customers with product queries and maintain customer service queries
* Assist Sales team in researching new trends, new markets and competitor activity
* Prepare sales reports to analyse data
* Assist with travel arrangements, admin and expense processing for Marketing leader.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have-
* Administration/ Office Coordinator experience
* Strong organisation skills
* Be proactive
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong MS Office skills
* Ability to multi-task well
* Ability to prioritise
* Attention to detail
