We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our Re-hire Implant Team at Speedy HQ. In this dynamic role, you will take full ownership of the hire process from start to finish, collaborating closely with internal teams at Jarvie Plant and our Partner’s teams to ensure exceptional service. You will be instrumental in offering a diverse product portfolio to our Partner’s clients, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring the efficient operation of the hire process throughout.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Jarvie Plant within Speedy HQ, handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond to inquiries, resolving concerns promptly and offering regular updates on order status.
• Proactively speak with customers to bolster relationships, address their needs, and identify opportunities for additional hires or sales.
Hire Coordination:
• Take full ownership of the hire process, ensuring seamless coordination from initial inquiry to equipment delivery, use, and return.
• Negotiate hire, transport, and service rates with customers in accordance with the established rate structure.
• Prepare and issue contracts, quotations, and order confirmations.
• Manage contract amendments, such as re-dating and updating product details.
• Adhere to both internal and partner systems and procedures, including off-hire processes, and promptly escalate any issues that could impact customer service quality.
• Utilise InspHire’s multiple functions to support hire operations.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Record and monitor client requirements in the CRM system for efficient customer data management.
• Collaborate effectively within Speedy, with the partner’s teams, and with internal teams at Jarvie Plant, including sales, operations, and transport, to streamline processes and deliver comprehensive hire solutions.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure all equipment hired complies with health and safety regulations, provide safe operating guidelines to customers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the hire fleet and accessories to provide effective customer assistance.
• Maintain accurate records for each hire transaction and contribute to internal performance and service report.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong familiarity with CRM systems and other office software, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
