Broad Core Responsibilities: Working closely with the Head of Finance. Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses. Support payment runs/bank reconciliations. Raising customer invoices. Credit control. Reviewing invoice coding to ensure accuracy. Month end closure, accruals & prepayments, depreciation. Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts. Project reporting, Work In Process (WIP), Stock on Hand (SOH) Assisting with cashflow management. Support Directors with queries. Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Relevant finance / accountancy experience. Understanding of Work In Process (WIP) & Stock on Hand (SOH) Good understanding of accounting concepts and fundamentals. Comfortable with accruals, prepayments and depreciation. Month end experience and assisting with management accounts preparation. Happy communicating with customers on invoicing / credit control queries. Used to working with accounting software (ideally Xero) Proficient with MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
