Are you ready to deliver the incredible? Premium is looking for a Full Time Market Manager to join our Asus team for the GTA East.
Work with one of the leading companies driven by innovation and commitment to quality as Premium’s next Market Manager. As a Market Manager, you’ll confidently lead a team of dedicated merchandising representatives to deliver results for Premium clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What will you do?
* Lead, coach and manage a remote team of retail merchandising ensuring success.
* Recruit and hire team members to maintain team size.
* Collaborate with your team and management to achieve results for every project.
* Manage representative schedules to ensure territory coverage.
* Support your team by maintaining solid communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
What experience should you have?
* 2 years management experience in a retail-oriented role.
* 3 years in the retail industry.
