JOB TITLE: Global Head of Employability

ROLE PURPOSE:
The Global Head of Employability is responsible for designing and leading a comprehensive employability strategy to support diverse educational programs and student profiles worldwide. The role aims to bridge the gap between education and employment by ensuring that students and alumni acquire the skills, experiences, and opportunities necessary to succeed in a competitive global job market.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Global Strategy Development: Create and implement a global employability framework for diverse educational needs.
Partnership Building: Establish strategic collaborations with industries and professional networks.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to measure employability initiatives' effectiveness.
Curriculum Integration: Work with academic leaders to incorporate employability skills into programs.
Program Oversight: Ensure the delivery of consistent employability initiatives worldwide.
Career Services Leadership: Guide teams in providing career counseling, internships, and placements.
Alumni Engagement: Develop programs to enhance alumni career growth and job opportunities.
Market Analysis: Monitor global employment trends to refine employability strategies.
Innovation and Technology: Utilize cutting-edge tools to improve career development processes.
Global Representation: Act as the organization’s representative in international employability forums.
Essential Skills and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
10+ years in employability, career services, or workforce development, with leadership experience.
Proven success in implementing large-scale employability programs.
Skills:
Strategic vision with strong project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Understanding of global labor market trends and workforce demands.
Familiarity with digital tools to enhance employability outcomes.
Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
