Job Summary
Are you ready to lead the charge in revolutionising our Technology product portfolio? Apogee is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive growth and profitability in an ever-evolving landscape.
Within our portfolio, you will cover one or more of the categories below dependent on your experience in these services:
* IT Services
* Cloud Solutions
* Collaboration Solutions
* Information Technology Services
* Unified Communications
We would also consider a strong Project Manager looking to move into Product Management.
As PM, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring our portfolio meets the demands of today while anticipating the needs of tomorrow.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of Apogee's Managed Workplace Services proposition in the UK. You'll orchestrate the development and implementation of new products and services, aligning them seamlessly with our business strategy. From hardware to software, services to plans, you'll be the guiding force behind our industry-leading portfolio.
Duties:
* Lead the co-creation of Go-To-Market & Marketing plans for the portfolio.
* Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
* Conduct market research to specify market requirements for current and future portfolio.
* Identify new features and functionality through technology partner relationships.
* Maintain close liaison with sales team to assess portfolio response and suitability.
* Develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plans, working cross-functionally.
* Manage and maintain internal product portfolio library and key sources.
* Provide analysis and insights on competitive landscape and market status.
* Design and deliver relevant training associated with portfolio.
* Develop toolkits and initiatives alongside Marketing to support product launches.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Previous experience in Marketing/Product Management, preferably in technology.
* CIM accreditation, Business Degree, or Project Management qualification desired.
* Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong organisational skills with ability to work to tight deadlines.
* Confident and engaging, able to influence at all levels.
* Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proven experience managing deadlines and events.
* Calm under pressure.
* Ability to travel in different UK locations (Apogee offices/customers/vendor locations/events, etc).
