Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 ContractorQuantity Surveyor - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £100m.The initial project is a major accommodation development for the MoD which will consist of multiple blocks of living quarters and associated works (£65m).Why Apply:With a turnover of over £1bn, our client is one of the UK's leading construction groups, they operate across the education, commercial, retail, defence, leisure and high-rise accommodation sectors and offer the opportunity to work on some of the region's most prestigious projects ranging from £5m - £100m.They are also partners on several frameworks including, MOJ, P22 / P23+.
