About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled HR Advisor to become an essential part of our team.To assist/support the Head of People, the HR team, and colleagues in all of the business by managing first line queries on employment terms and conditions, policies and providing HR advice.
Arrange and attend informal/formal meetings and hearings with the Head of People and/or Line Manager, ensuring that all paperwork and minutes are accurate, ensuring that employee data and information is treated in accordance with GDPR requirements and maintaining confidentiality.
* Employee Relations: Provide compliant and commercially focused support and guidance on employee relations issues to stakeholders, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. You will be the first point of contact for any non-contentious cases and will be responsible for their end-to-end resolution. However, from time to time you may need to escalate a case to the Head of People where there is a level of risk.
* To provide HR and admin support to internal and external investigating officers in the management of casework; specifically investigations into conduct, capability and grievance matters.
* Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied and in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
* Performance Management: Collaborate with managers and employees to address performance-related concerns and develop improvement plans as needed.
* HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including personnel files, and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
* Legal Compliance: Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations and ensure that HR practices align with legal requirements. It is a requirement of your role and your professional development you stay up to date with any employment law and best practices in the industry.
* Engagement: Mediate and resolve conflicts and disputes between employees, promoting a positive work environment. Support with engagement tasks for employees and lead on the employee engagement survey.
* HR Reporting: Generate HR-related reports and analytics to support decision-making and monitor HR metrics.

* CIPD Level 5 essential
* Full time On-site.
* Commercial awareness and business acumen
* Stakeholder management at all levels
* Resilience and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Able to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
* Attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills and able to create, interrogate and interpret reports
* Proficient in MS office and Excel
* Experience of working with an HRIS or similar system
