We have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant or Specialist Grade Doctor in Palliative Medicine to join the St. Peter’s Hospice medical team, working as 0.6 or 0.8 FTE The postholder will join the senior medical team of 4 consultants, working alongside multi-professional colleagues to deliver high quality palliative care to patients and families. They will be working in a supportive and collaborative environment for a much-loved and respected charity serving the vibrant city of Bristol and the surrounding area. The role will have a strong focus on supporting patients in our community, both directly and by working closely with other hospice teams, including provision of support to the hospice advice line. The role will also involve leading work to improve access to services for those with non-cancer conditions. The postholder will contribute to care of inpatients for 10 consultant-led beds.
