This is an exciting new opportunity for 12 month FTC / Secondment within the Education & Leadership team.
This role is embedded within the Education and Training structure but will work in tandem with Leadership and Talent Management.
The post holder will deliver high-level coordination and management support for the Clinical Leadership Education Programme at EEAST and alongside our partner organisations. The role will provide effective coordination and oversight support for educational and operational leadership across the six sectors.
This post calls for a highly motivated individual who can use their initiative, work to set deadlines, deal with complex issues, and be comfortable working under pressure.
The role will play a central part in the Education & Leadership teams and will require diligence and attention to detail to manage the complex and varied workload.
The post holder will need to be conscientious, meticulously organised, and always act professionally and confidentially.
The post holder will support EEAST’s models of education to achieve outstanding learning outcomes and ensure fairness and consistency. The role is embedded across the Education and Training Department but will also act as a key link to support Operational Managers, external partner organisation colleagues, and stakeholders.
The role is agile with regional travel as necessary and operationally required. Travel will be to University of Bedfordshire and EEAST sites.
