We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of our Ingress infrastructure and security solutions. This role will be responsible for managing complex technical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation of edge security and CDN solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of Ingress infrastructure projects including WAF, CDN, and security controls implementation
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders including vendors, third-party suppliers, and internal teams
* Oversee test exit reports and quality assurance processes for all deployments
* Drive automation initiatives to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual processes
* Coordinate change management processes and deployment schedules across environments
* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies
* Lead technical planning sessions and facilitate cross-team collaboration
* Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for the Ingress team
Qualifications
* Technical project delivery experience in infrastructure or security domains
* Strong understanding of CDN, WAF, and edge security technologies
* Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
* Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
* Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
* Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management frameworks
Technical Knowledge
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure and security principles
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
* Knowledge of monitoring and observability solutions
* Understanding of compliance requirements (PCI, security standards)
