Role Highlights:

* Assist the SENCo in the development and implementation of SEN provision across the school
* Support the planning and delivery of tailored interventions and teaching strategies for students with SEN
* Work closely with class teachers, SEN support staff, and external professionals to ensure effective support is in place for each student
* Help monitor and assess student progress, ensuring individual needs are met and adapting approaches accordingly
* Assist in the preparation of individual education plans (IEPs) and contribute to regular reviews
* Be an advocate for inclusive education, promoting equality and access to learning for all students
Experience & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant experience in education (preferred)
* Experience working with students with special educational needs in a primary school setting
* A passion for supporting inclusive education and helping students achieve their full potential
* Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
* Experience with SEN assessments, interventions, and IEP development (desirable)
* Enhanced DBS check required
