Business Analyst - Regulatory (RIMS)

A exciting pharma company are seeking a rounded Business Analyst to join their growing team. We have placed people with this client and the general feedback is that their working culture is fantastic! The key responsibilities of the role are as listed below:
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop, and maintain regulatory affairs IT architecture, ensuring alignment with IT standards and business goals
* Oversee IT service delivery for regulatory systems
* Manage vendor relationships and SLAs, coordinating service transitions and release management
* Track and report IT performance metrics, addressing risks and resolving escalations as needed
* Drive service improvements using best practices while managing budgets effectively
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years in BA roles overlapping with the regulatory affairs
* Experience in data and content migration for RIMS, with strong configuration management skills
* Familiarity with RIMS processes and global regulations (e.g. xEVMPD), along with experience managing GxP systems
* Solid Knowledge of multiple RIM technologies (e.g. Veeva Vault, Aris Global, Documentum) and industry trends; certification in ITIL, COBIT, or similar frameworks is a plus
