About Emsworth House: Dual site, providing 58 residential and nursing beds for older adults, some of whom are living with Dementia. Redevelopment: the home is due to start a journey of redevelopment over the next 3 years seeing extensive investment and construction to create a state-of-the-art, purpose built, service that focusses on the delivery of nursing care. The home is set in extensive, well-maintained grounds in Emsworth, a beautiful location at the top of Chichester Harbour in Hampshire, close to the border with West Sussex. Rated Requires Improvement by CQC in April 2023, this is an exciting time to join the team as we have been part of a service wide transformation project focusing on quality, culture and improving outcomes. What you’ll be doing: Ensuring the success and ongoing development of our home, with the support of your line manager, deputy managers and your fantastic team. Compliance and quality assurance: Ensuring our home meets all regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of service. Financial management: Budget and occupancy responsibility. Resident care and support: Overseeing the delivery of the highest quality person-centred care to the satisfaction of our residents. Staff supervision and development: Driving team engagement and personal growth and development. Community engagement: Building relationships with residents’ families and the wider community.
