Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our client's team in Dyce, Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
5. Provide general support to visitors and staff
Key Skills and Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Ability to handle a busy reception area with a calm and professional demeanor
