We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Executive to join our team and champion social-first content. What’s it all about?
As a Social Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our social media strategy. You’ll work closely with our social media agency to create exciting and engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. You will also take the lead in developing and managing our TikTok presence, driving community engagement, and building positive relationships with other brands.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring and optimising our social media performance, ensuring that our channels drive engagement and positive brand sentiment. As a brand guardian, you’ll innovate and recommend how we can leverage new channels and features to build brand advocacy. Keeping an eye on competitors and best-in-class examples, both within and outside of the hotel sector, will be key in shaping our approach.
Managing relationships with our agency, suppliers, and partners will be a crucial part of the role, ensuring we deliver high-quality content efficiently and effectively. You’ll also be responsible for managing the brand budget, ensuring we achieve the best value for money.

We’re looking for someone who is results-oriented, highly organised, and has excellent judgment when assessing creative impact and customer response. Strong verbal and written communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude are a must. A good understanding of the Travelodge brand and customers is essential.

* Full Time- 37.5 hours a week
* Up to £36,000 per annum Depending on Experience
