This will be a full-time position in a Primary School, doing a 1:1 with a pupil who has autism. This is due to start in September for full time for the full academic year.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role will include:
* Support children with special educational needs in both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
* Assist with implementing the National Curriculum tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive lesson plans.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
* Foster a safe and nurturing environment for learning.
* Participate in school activities and events.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant Role:
* Previous experience as a TA in a UK school.
* Knowledge of the National Curriculum.
* Experience with Key Stage 1 (KS1), Key Stage 2 (KS2), and EYFS.
* Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to maintaining a healthy work life balance.
