Our client is seeking a confident and approachable individual with a proactive mindset to join their team as a HR Administrator.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience within a HR environment
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Having a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
* CIPD L3
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, both digital and physical
* Manage new hire documentation, contract preparation, onboarding processes, and induction coordination
* Handle job advertisements, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and communication during the hiring process
* Monitor employee absences, leave requests, attendance records, and ensure proper record-keeping of entitlements and balances
* Provide support for payroll preparation, benefits enrolment, claims, and employee enquiries on HR matters
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, effectively communicated, and compliant with employment laws
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries, escalating issues as needed, and assist in resolving workplace concerns
Package:
* Four days a week (one day from home)
* Work hours; 09:30-2:30pm
