We have a transport coordinator position working for our client, an engineering manufacturer based in Leeds. This will be to cover a sickness absence and will be for a minimum of 6 months.
Your role will include:
1. Booking transport for both collections and deliveries.
2. Liaising with transport companies and customers, requiring a confident telephone manner.
3. Raising PO's for transport.
4. Utilizing good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
SAP experience would be ideal but not essential. You will be working days with a 7am start and an early finish on a Friday.
