Responsibilities

* Cook to specification and work with recipes
No prior experience is necessary—we will teach you everything! If you're eager to learn and proud to work with us, we'll show you what it takes to become a vital team member in any kitchen.
You will undertake a full-time role in the kitchen under the supervision of passionate chefs, alongside your training. This includes earning a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring quality for our guests!
What your apprenticeship includes
* Regular face-to-face and virtual catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
* On and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars
* Reviews every 12 weeks with your apprentice line manager and trainer
* Progress feedback sessions
* Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed)
* 30 hours paid work per week

Wage rates:
* £8.60 per hour for ages 16-20
* £11.44 per hour for 21 and over
You will work towards a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship over 15 months with Mitchells and Butlers.
