Create tickets based on the calls/meetings Allocation of tickets and triage where necessary to the relevant team member for resolution To deal with requests for support and ensure an efficient, customer-focused response is provided and a high quality of customer service is maintained. To ensure that support calls are logged on the helpdesk system and resolved within SLA. Assist in Project setup (365, data migrations, phone system swap outs) Infrastructure Onsite installation of equipment for both Telecoms and IT Setup To be a lead in migrations to co-ordinate: kit requirements, software requirements, build basic project plans on what needs to be done.
