Asbestos Analysts, Surveyors, and Consultants – Essex

Key Responsibilities
As a part of our team, you will:
* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys in line with HSG:264 for a diverse range of clients and property types.
* Perform reinspection audits of existing asbestos surveys.
* Carry out air monitoring and inspection services related to asbestos removal projects.
* Supervise asbestos removal projects to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Provide professional representation and expert consultancy services to clients.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:
* BOHS P402, P403, and P404 certifications (or equivalent).
* At least two years of relevant industry experience (preferred).
* A solid working knowledge of HSG:248 and HSG:264.
* Strong communication, client liaison, and report-writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong work ethic.
* A clear understanding of Health and Safety protocols in asbestos-related work.
* Flexibility with working hours.
* A full UK driving licence.
* IT literacy (experience with TEAMs is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided).
