Our client has been established since the early 1960s and remains at the forefront of innovation and performance in terms of the Building envelope with solutions across the entire building facade that includes decorative rainscreen cladding, roofline, column casings, and bespoke fabrications. They supply the Construction, Caravan, Portable, and Modular building sectors.
They are now looking to appoint a Sales Executive, ideally located centrally; though this is flexible as there will be travel throughout the UK. You will be responsible for selling a manufactured range of aluminium rainscreen cladding systems as well as other architectural products. You will engage with Architects on specification and work closely with Cladding Installers and Contractors, visiting them 2-3 days per week and conducting site visits as required.
The role will also involve chasing tenders and quotations, with around 70% of your time spent on new business generation. You will work closely with an Estimator and Business Development Manager to develop relationships and secure business as a team. It is important that you have at least 5 years of experience in the facade market sector and understand Construction drawings, as well as being IT literate with experience of using a CRM system.
