Are you an ambitious finance professional with a passion for TV production? This is your chance to join a critically acclaimed and fast-growing production company.
You’ll play a vital role in managing the company’s day-to-day finances, reporting directly to the Head of Finance and working closely with the COO. You’ll also collaborate with production accountants to ensure smooth financial operations across high-end TV productions.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage day-to-day financial operations, including transactional finance and bank reconciliations
* Oversee cashflow, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting
* Prepare and submit VAT and PAYE returns in compliance with regulations
* Support the month-end process, including journal postings and management account preparation
* Handle payroll submissions and liaise with external providers as needed
* Collaborate with production finance teams to ensure smooth financial processes for TV productions
* Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and distribution statements
* Provide ongoing financial support to the wider business, identifying areas for process improvement
What We’re Looking For:
* Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of Excel and experience with Xero (essential)
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, creative environment
* Passion for TV production and a desire to grow within the industry
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
