We are currently recruiting for our key client who has a requirement for a temporary People Coordinator that will go permanent to the right candidate - immediate start.

Full-time hours 37.5 Monday to Friday (fully office based).
You will be a key member of the HR & Operations Team to ensure that all HR-related administrative support is provided to the highest standard, in order to meet the operational and learning needs of the organisation and its people. Acting as the first point of contact for all HR related enquiries and coordinating the monthly Payroll, ensuring processing within deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of HR related systems.
2. Manage and administer the HR Inbox.
3. Liaise with recruitment partners and provide internal support, including coordinating interviews, offer documentation, and references.
4. Collate Payroll related data and liaise with payroll providers, supporting monthly payroll reports and HMRC returns (P60, P45, P11d).
5. Assist with all internal and external HR related enquiries.
6. Build strong working relationships across the network.
7. Ensure that all benefits programs and statutory entitlements are implemented and maintained in accordance with legal requirements.
8. Keep up to date with the latest HR practices.
9. Undertake any additional duties as required.
The Desired Candidate:
You will have experience in a similar HR role working within a busy HR team environment including:
1. Understanding recruitment/HR ratios, KPI reporting.
2. Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
3. Confident in dealing with people, being able to build rapport quickly using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Familiarity with HR Payroll systems and Microsoft Office software.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
