Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Part-time Rentals Administrator to join a van rental business based in Basingstoke.
This position will be working 4 hours over the weekend and occasional holiday cover. Saturday 8am - 10am, Sunday 10am - 12pm.
Responsibilities:
- Support in overseeing the smooth running of the rental desk
- Ensure all reservations, bookings and enquiries are handled promptly
- Communicating clearing with all customers via telephone, email or face to face
- Check in and check out vehicles
- Manage the damage process and be confident with raising damage and additional charges to customers
- Manoeuvre Luton vans around the yard
Requirements:
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Self sufficient
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Role:
- £12.25 per hour
- Saturday - 8am - 10am and Sunday 10am - 12pm
- Occasional holiday cover
- Weekly pay
