The company is looking for a Site Production Manager to develop on the success to date of the operation. Main Responsibilities: Responsibility through the team for production and manufacture, stock control and purchase, dispatch and transport planning. Developing and enforcing the highest environmental, health and safety standards at all times Delivery of manufacturing output against targets using KPI’s to monitor success including quality of production Identifying, developing and implementing improvement opportunities Developing and mentoring a team in order to achieve their full potential Experience of a manufacturing environment ensuring standards of quality are always achieved, ideally in the chemical industry Strong leadership skills working with a multiskilled team and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, delivering manufacturing and service excellence Health and safety leadership skills ideally with a related qualification Understanding of manufacturing techniques ideally with formal training in their use Experience in working with a manufacturing and compliance software systems would be ideal Ability to work under time constraints and with multiple concurrent priorities.
